Floating styles are equipped with Polaroid® polarizing lens, technically S13. The support layers of this material are CAB (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate). It is a 7-layer laminate with a high-quality scratch-resistant hard coating. The entire lens is press-polished and optically correct, and meets the optical class 1, CE standard. CAB’s advantages are: it is unbreakable, with a 99% polarizing efficiency, 100% chip-free, with excellent power readings and refraction, scratch-resistant 2.5 HD, with the lightest weight, while providing good thermal stability.
